Stayed one night while visiting Upopoy. Staff was excellent and very helpful, held our bags, and put them in room while we were sightseeing so bags were waiting for us when we returned later. Property is older (room lighting could be improved and mattresses are slightly lumpy, but sufficed), but chose it for proximity to station (5 min walk), reasonable price, and how WC and sink are separate from shower. Combo shelving w/ closet was good for storage.

This is a very tastefully done hotel, with good divisions in the bathroom, so two or more people can use different facilities at the same time. The hotel room was also big, and they accommodated our request for a non smoking room quite easily. Breakfast is also good, and they have vegetarian options available.

Loved that the rates were affordable at this peak period. I t was also nearer to the sapporo airport

Laundry facilities and a nice breakfast. Also, there was a bicycle I could borrow and occasionally an umbrella on a rainy day.

Good business hotel. Perfect for one night stop. Good value for money. Well located as well. we choose this hotel because it was near LAKE SHIKOTSU, Ainu National Museum and the Chitose airport.

Value for money, Parking at building next door, not easy, a bit small but okay. Good location, comfortable, many amenities. Heating on winter is a bit too good, felt hot. But love the room- separate sink area, toilet, and bath. Very comfy and convenient.

With this price range which is included breakfast is really value for money. Your breakfast is food as well. It really warm us up before depart to other destination.

Not much comments since we stayed one night only coz its close to the airport, just 20mins with 7800yen by taxi to airport New Chitose.

Staff was friendly and were able to communicate in English. I appreciated the free ammenities such as shampoo, bath bombs, soap, slippers, pajamas, etc. The building was quiet, clean. I was also able to change my check-in time when I realized I was not going to be able to arrive on time!

Fantastic breakfast. Good and tasty variety. Freshly ground coffee. Comfortable beds. Clean toilet. Wonderful and thoughtful front desk staff. Lovely restaurant staff.
